FAQ
We recommend booking in advance to help secure your preferred date, time, and therapist. Same-day appointments may be available, but they cannot be guaranteed. You can book online or contact our clinic for current availability.
The right treatment depends on your concerns, comfort level, and goals. During your first visit, your Registered Massage Therapist will review your health history, discuss what you would like help with, and recommend an approach that suits your needs.
Appointment lengths may vary depending on the service selected. Common options include 30, 45, and 60 minutes. Your therapist can help you choose an appropriate appointment length based on the areas being treated and your treatment goals.
Wear comfortable clothing to your appointment. Your therapist will explain what to expect before treatment begins and will ensure that proper draping is used at all times. You will only be asked to uncover the area being treated, and your comfort and privacy will always be respected.
Yes. You may request a male or female therapist when booking, subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preference.
Massage therapy may be appropriate for many people, but treatment should always be based on individual health needs. Please tell your therapist about any medical conditions, injuries, medications, or recent procedures before treatment. In some cases, you may be advised to speak with your physician or another healthcare provider first.
Products may vary depending on the treatment and therapist. We generally use professional massage lotions, oils, or gels selected for comfort and ease of treatment. Please let us know about any allergies, sensitivities, or product preferences before your appointment.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Please review the clinic’s current booking policy for full details.
